We ship worldwide, unless legal restrictions or logistical reasons prevent us from shipping to a particular destination.
Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS. In the event that a customer requests that we use a specific carrier, we will make all reasonable efforts to comply with the request, though any cost differential will be the customer's responsibility to pay.

ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS
Upon receiving an online order, our system automatically sends a confirmation e-mail, listing the order information, to the buyer's email address. If you have completed an order but did not receive this e-mail confirmation, please notify customer service via the Contact page or by calling, toll free, 800-449-5033. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, typically the same day we recieve your order. Once an order has shipped, we will send an e-mail advising the customer of this fact, along with any tracking or delivery confirmation numbers.
