1. How do I contact Digital Canal if I have a problem or question?
Email us at either info@digitalcanal.com or support@digitalcanal.com. You may also call 1-800-449-5034 inside the U.S. or Canada, or 1-563-690-2000 from anywhere and we will be happy to assist you with whatever questions or needs you have.
 
2. Is my credit card information safe?
Yes. This is assured via “encryption technology” that electronically “hides” your card number until it is safely unscrambled once it arrives at our facility.
 

3. Once I make this purchase, what will take place?
Digital Canal will email you to make sure there is nothing more you need and to be certain that you know how to contact us for any questions or technical assistance. If you wanted your order to be shipped to you then you will also be given an expected arrival date.

4. If I wish to have a CD shipped to me, when will my software be shipped to me?
Weekday orders are usually shipped the next day to locations inside the U.S. and take 2 to 5 days to arrive in your office depending upon the shipping method you selected. Weekend orders will ship on the following Monday.
 

5. Can I download the software after I purchase it to use right away?
Yes. Once you have completed the order process you will be allowed to download your software for immediate use. You may also have the software shipped to you if you would like.
