Pricing will fluctuate depending on the complexity of the plan and what you wish to receive. Q. What do I receive for only $0.40 per square foot? A. 3D View Cover sheet - We use your border or title block - 4 Elevations - Dimensioned floor plans – Foundation plan - Birds eye view of the roof - A section Q. What is the turn around time? A. This depends on the volume we are currently working through, however, average is approximately 10 working days. Q. What if I want changes after I receive the completed plan? A. We will provide a review set of plans and you sign off on these as completed. Once your plan is completed, we will make changes at $50 per hour with a minimum 1 hour charge. Or, if you have SolidBuilder you can simply make the modifications yourself. Q. Can I get extra plan sets? A. Yes. The cost depends on the plan size you wish to receive. Q. How are plans delivered? A. You can receive a SolidBuilder file or .DXF file or 24 x 36 paper. Q. Will my print shop be able to print these off for me? A. Yes. Q. Can I get a mirror image or reversed plan? A. Yes.
